【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswiththesafetyofsmallreactorsforgeneralapplications.NOTE1Safetyincludeselectrical,thermalandmechanicalaspects.Unlessotherwisespecified,fromhereonward,thetermtransformerorreactorcoverssmallreactors.Thispartisapplicabletostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)generalpurposereactorsincludingalternatingcurrent,premagnetisedandcurrentcompensatedindependentorassociatedreactors.Theratedsupplyvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1500Vripple-freed.c.,theratedsupplyfrequencyandtheinternaloperationalfrequenciesdonotexceed1MHz.Theratedpowerdoesnotexceed:–25kVARa.c.(25kWd.c.)forsingle-phasereactors,–50kVARa.c.(50kWd.c.)forpoly-phasereactors.Thispartisapplicabletoreactorswithoutlimitationsoftheratedpowersubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.Thispartisapplicabletodry-typereactors.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornonencapsulated.Thispartdoesnotapplyto:–reactorscoveredbyIEC60289;–ballastfortubularfluorescentcoveredbyIEC61347-2-8;–ballastfordischargelamps(excludingtubularfluorescentlamps)coveredbyIEC61347-2-9.NOTE2Forreactorsfilledwithliquiddielectricorpulverisedmaterialsuchassand,additionalrequirementsareunderconsideration.NOTE3Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:-forreactorsintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardships,andaircraft,additionalrequirements(fromotherapplicablestandards,nationalrules,etc.)maybenecessary;-measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluencessuchasfungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiation,andicingshouldalsobeconsidered;-thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationofthereactorshouldalsobeconsidered;-additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletoreactorsintendedforuseinspecialenvironments,suchastropicalenvironment.NOTE4Normally,reactorsareintendedtobeassociatedwithequipmentforfunctionalrequirementsoftheequipmentorrequirementsbytheinstallationrulesorbyotherappliancespecifications.NOTE5Reactorsincorporatingelectroniccircuitsandcomponentsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTE6Theprotectionagainstelectricshockmaybeprovided(orcompleted)byotherpartsorfeaturesoftheequipment,suchasthebody.NOTE7Reactorsforparticularapplicationswillinthefuturebecoveredbycomplementarynormativeannexes.NOTE8Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentofreactorsmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthispartmaybeusedasaguidancedocument.
