【摘要】:1ThispartofISO13741specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofresidualmonomersandother(unsaturatedorsaturated)organiccomponentsinaqueouspolymerdispersionsandlaticesaswellasinrelatedproducts.Itmakesuseofcapillary-columngaschromatography,thesamplebeingintroducedintothechromatographinvapourformfromaheadspacevial.2Residualmonomersandsaturatedvolatilesthathavebeensuccessfullydeterminedbythismethodincludeacrylicandmethacrylicesters,butadiene,styreneandvinylacetate,aswellasby-productssuchasethylbenzene.3Sincethechromatogramsobtainednormallycontainaseriesofpeaks,itisonlypossibletodeterminethecontentofthosevolatilesforwhichresponsefactorshavebeendetermined.Fortheidentificationofunknownpeaks,auxiliarymethodslikemassspectroscopyortheuseofasecondGCcolumnwithadifferentpolarityareadvisable.
