【摘要】:1.1PurposeThisstandardestablisheslotorbatchsamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyattributesusingMIL-STD-105EasabasisforsamplingasteadystreamoflotsindexedbyAQL.Thetabledcalculationsarebasedontheprobabilistictheoryofrecurrenteventswhenaseriesoflotsorbatchesareproducedinastableenvironment.1.2ApplicationSamplingplansdesignatedinthispublicationareapplicable,butnotlimited,toinspectionofthefollowing:(1)enditems,(2)componentsandrawmaterials,(3)operationsorservices,(4)materialsinprocess,(5)suppliesinstorage,(6)maintenanceoperations,(7)dataorrecords,and(8)administrativeprocedures.1.2.1Theseplansareintendedprimarilytobeusedforacontinuingseriesoflotsorbatches.Theplansmayalsobeusedfortheinspectionofisolatedlotsorbatches,but,inthislattercase,theuseriscautionedtoconsulttheoperatingcharacteristiccurvesandTableVIorTableVIItofindaplanwhichwillyieldthedesiredprotection(see4.11).1.2.2Thispublicationshouldbeusedtoguidetheuserinthedevelopmentofaninspectionstrategythatprovidesacosteffectiveapproachtoattainingconfidenceinproductcompliancewithcontractualtechnicalrequirements.TheuseriswarnedoftheassumedrisksrelativetothechosensamplesizeandAQL.1.2.3ThisstandardprovidesthesamplingplansofMIL-STD-105EinASTMformatforusebyASTMcommitteesandothers.ItrecognizesthecontinuingusageofMIL-STD-105inindustriessupportedbyASTM.Thestandardprovidesthefundamentalbasisformanyexistingsamplingprocedurescurrentlyineffectinlaboratoriesandotherfacilities.Assuch,itprovidesaprimarysourceforotherAQLstandardsandforspecificallyengineeredsamplingplansdevelopedbyotherstandardsbodiesandindividualfacilitiesandappearinginvariousformsontheshelvesofcountlesslaboratoriesandoperations.ItreplacestheAQLschemepreviouslyincorporatedintheRelatedMaterialsSectionofVolume14.02oftheAnnualBookofASTMStandards.
