【摘要】:Thisnoisetestcodespecifiesalltheinformationnecessarytocarryoutefficientlyandunderstandardizedconditionsthedetermination,declarationandverificationofthenoiseemissionvaluesofseveralgroupsoffoundrymachinery.Itspecifiesnoisemeasurementmethodsthatareavailableandoperatingandmountingconditionsthatshallbeusedforthetest.Noiseemissionvaluesincludeemissionsoundpressurelevelsatworkstationsandthesoundpowerlevel.Thedeterminationofthesequantitiesisnecessaryfor:--manufacturerstodeclarethenoiseemitted;--comparingthenoiseemittedbymachinesinthegroupconcerned;--purposesofnoisecontrolatthesourceatthedesignstage.Theuseofthisstandardensuresthereproducibilityofthedeterminationofthenoiseemissionvalueswithinspecifiedlimitsdeterminedbythegradeofaccuracyofthebasicnoisemeasurementmethodused.Noisemeasurementmethodsallowedbythisstandardareengineeringmethods(grade2)andsurveymethods(grade3).Thisstandardhasamainbodygivinggeneralrequirementscommontothefoundrymachinesfamily.SixnormativeAnnexesgiverequirementsspecifictothegroupsoffoundrymachinerylistedbelow:--coremakingmachines(EN710);--mouldingmachines(EN710);--knock-outgridsandknock-outtrays(EN710);--dryabrasiveblastingequipment(notrestrictedtofoundryapplication)(EN1248);--airblastingequipment(EN1248);--diecastingmachines(EN869);andsixinformativeAnnexesgivingguidanceforthedefinitionofspecificoperatingconditions.ThemainbodyofthisstandardalsogivesguidanceforthemeasurementofthenoiseemissionoffoundrymachinesnotdealtwithintheAnnexes.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthecomputationofpersonneldailynoiseexposure.
