【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestomineralinsulatedgeneralwiringcableswithcopperorcopperalloysheathandcopperconductorsandwithratedvoltagesof500Vand750V.Provisionismadeforacorrosion-resistantextrudedoutercoveringoverthecoppersheath,whenrequired.Thisoutercoveringisnotspecifiedforthepurposeofelectricalinsulationofthemetalsheath.RequirementsforterminationsforusewiththesecablesarespecifiedinIEC60702-2.Thepurposeofthisstandardistospecifymineralinsulatedcablesthataresafeandreliablewhenproperlyused,tostatethemanufacturingrequirementsandcharacteristicstoachievethis,andtospecifymethodsforcheckingconformitywiththoserequirements.
